Members and Memberhip

Anyone resident in the parish of Highclere and the surrounding district, or otherwise interested in supporting our objectives is very welcome as a member. Membership is personal and the annual membership subscription is £6 for the first member from a household, £4 for each additional member from the same household. Renewal subscriptions are payable in April each year.

• Annual social events, winter wine tasting, summer party and two golf tournaments a year
• "Pride in our Parish" iniative, starting with planting 400 daffodils; our next project (2010) is renovating the bus shelter
• Free copy of our walks leaflets, as soon as they are published
• Supporting your committee and sub-committees whose activities include reviewing planning applications, "Pride in our Parish" initiative, and other initiatives to improve our village
• Helping (through grants) support local initiatives that help us provide better amenities and encourage a community spirit.
